2. Rally series contains 12 events.
One rally consists of 10 or 14 stages.
No superrally allowed.
Miko's Snow Mod and France Snow Mod used.
3. Classes set
WRC - licence Euro A
sk.N - licence Euro B
sk.S1600 - licence Euro B
sk.S2000 – licence Euro B
4. Licence
First 10 drivers in groups N4 and S1600 will obtain Licence Euro A.
If you don't want Licence Euro A, which means driving in group WRC, You can refuse Euro A licence and continue with Euro B licence for next season Euro V.
Before the start of fifth season qualiffication round will be set to reach 40 licence A drivers. Last 20 drivers in group WRC will lost their Licence Euro A.
5. Event time schedule
Start - Friday 7:00
Finish - Thursday 23:59
6. Nominations for scoring in team competition
Maximum 2 drivers in every class.
Remaining team drivers and individual drivers take points only in drivers competetition and they have no effect on Team score.
All Team Managers, please, realize you nominations for team scoring on plugin website. If you don't do that, team will acquire no team points. All nominations must be done at least 24 hours before start of current event. After that the nominations are closed and not available.
7. RESET OF RALLY
All resets must be asked via email on eurocup@mail.onlineracing.cz. This email must content profile name of driver, car and number of affected stage. If not no reset will not be arbitrated.
No more than 2 resets allowed in one rally with an explanation what happend.
No user - caused resets will be allowed. For example ICQ, Skype, return to Windows, technical problems with PC, steering wheel etc.
When Richard Burns Rally fall down, *.dmp file is created. Send this file on e-mail eurocup@mail.onlineracing.cz.
If connection breakdowns send replay from current stage on e-mail eurocup@mail.onlineracing.cz.
If game falls during loading stage or in the finnish (there is a reason of retirement "Did not start to SS") reset may be allowed without dmp file.
Otherwise no reset is arbitrated without *.dmp fille!
Without sending email (with driver's name, car and stage where the problem occured) the reset will not be arbitrated.
8. Penalizations
It is forbidden to start on two profiles in a single rally. If such behavior is found, driver looses his Euro Rally Cup licence.
It is prohibited to cut by more than one width of the car. That means at least one wheel must stay on the road. Plugin automaticly checks sharp corners and some other places. Any other corner may be penalized after replay check. Cutting caused by driver's mistake and giving no advantage will not be penalized.
All first five drivers from WRC, S1600 and N4 class are obligated to send two replays from the event for setup and cutting checks. Particular repalys will be specified in personal message (on plugin website, part forum). Replays must be sent on plugin website in five days after organiser's requirement is sent. Noone will be notified if required replay isn't sent.
Replay may be requiered from any other driver too!
If there is any technical violation such as any unapproved setup driver is disqualified both for recent and the next rally event.
If required replay is not sent on plugin website, driver is penalised by 10 minutes for each.
It is not possible to send replays via email! Such replay is judged as non-sent and the driver is disqualified both for recent and the next round!
If there is modiffied *.dmp found, the driver looses his Euro Rally Cup License.
9. Gallery
There will be a gallery created for every event. Every driver can upload a picture from that rally. Every driver is allowed to upload maximum three pics. Pictures are automaticly transformed to jpg.
Please be sure You chose Your name when uploading! Your name appears in gallery after Your rally is finished.
10. Protest and appeals
Every driver has a right of protest against penalization.
This protest must be sent by Team manager or by driver himself if he is not a member of any team.
This protest must be sent on email eurocup@mail.onlineracing.cz with an subject "protest". Protest must be sent in 24 hours after the rally finish.
