Has already started the third season of the WRC will be all the stages in the last year or earlier who knows what is driving it through the ongoing championship.

Reglament
1). Rally events

a\ The championship is made of 12 rally events (Organizers have privilege to change the number of events but they must early warn the championship driver's about changes).
b\ Rally events will start after the real event (Organizers have privilege to change the date considering to celabrations or summer time)
c\ Rally event will made of 3 Legs with same stages number as in real event. Each rally day tooks 2 days. So first day you can drive in Monday or tuesday, second day wednesday and thursday, and last day in Friday and Saturday.
d\ Road conditions,weather should be 99% like in real event. Specific stages will be revieled, to
e\ Event composition: Service area like in real event. In service you will have 30-60 min. Last SS service area will be 90 min.
f\ Super rally system will allow you to participate to race next day with 5 min penalty.
g\ restarts are not allowed.
h\ In snow rallyes will be with snow mod, which you can download from there

i\ Rally start is when driver begins first Stage.
j\ Objective technical problems like (cat on the keyboard,antivirus update) or something like that will be treated as technical problems. You can get request if you are listed in "Did not start SS" in retired cars. Or if plugin didint save time, or RBR crash and driver is not listed in stage splits, not listed as "Did not startSS", "Crashed on SS".
k\ If drivers will drive with same IP (at the same computer), its necesarry to inform RRK member and explain situation. If not, and we will find same IP's, those drivers will get DQ for two rounds.
i\ Driver must register before actual rally, if registered when rally was started, driver is tracted as "0" driver, and will not get points. You need reigister only once. Reigstration lasts to end of season.

2). Cars

a\ In Championship there are these class: WRC, N, A, S200, S1600.. N4 and S2000 is counted seperatly.
b\ Allowable cars are those who works in Chezh Plugin. If we detect that something is wrong the driver will be DQ.
c\ Allowable physics witch works in Chezh Plugin. Except Hamreus (RBRchamp). If we detect wrong physics the driver will be DQ.
d\ Allow car setup’s witch are made in RBR menu.The car setup’s witch was made with text edit programs are not allowable. Any words like Drive - "BRANCH", Engine - "SNOWBANK" and etc, shouldint be in setups. For those you will get DQ. If in setups we will found "null", there is nothing wrong.

3). Teams:

a\ All teams must have a manager with will contact with will contact with our championship organizators. To create/modify/delete team, manager must say this to RRK mamber or sent email to him, who will work at this. Only RRK member can reister team. (For avoid big mess with the teams)
Team can consist max 3 drivers.
b\ Teammates must use cars from same group and same manufacters.
c\ Drivers can change car only two times in season, but he will loose all team points. Driver must inform a RRK member about changes.
d\ You can change the team composition anytime you want but you must inform organizers.
e\ To gets point in team standings can only two fastest drivers. Pilot A + Pilot B = Points
f\ Poins will be counted by normal WRC system (1-10, 2-8, 3-6, 4-5, 5-4, 6-3, 7-2, 8-1). To receive points can only those teams who registered in our oficial site.Different Class point will be separated.

4). Driver’s standings

a) Firstly driver must register in forum, or sent e-mail to RRK member with this form

2. Nick on our web (if registered throught email - not nesecary)
3. Nationality
4. Class
5. Car
6. Wheel
7. Gear box
8. Start nr. (if in 2008 season you was out of top 8- not necesary)
9. I readed and agree with the REGULATIONS
b\ If you want register other driver, you must tell this to RRK member, only he can register other drivers.
c\ Start numbers get only 2008 seson top 8 drivers. All others can choose numbers freely
d\ Driver can update car to newier. Or canchange car to other, if same class, he will not loose points. If in another class, he will loose all points. If driver chane car without informing RRK member, he gets D from actual rally.
e\ Pilots must save replays for 3 days after rally. And they must to send to organizers (on this mail: (LATER WILL BE PUBLISHED). In one archyve put in yours replays, Car.ini ant physics.rbz and named them with your Nick and car shortcut) in three days after request. 10 fastest pilots in overall and groups. If someone don’t have them or forgot to send them he will be DQ.
f\ Drivers who in first and second rally day is in top3, must start next leg at first day. IF not, driver will get 30s penalty.

5).Penalty

a\ Multiple drive-DQ result of this rally if it happens again DQ for all season.
b\ Participation with different nickname-DQ for all season.
c\ Cutting at the stages (+10 sec.for every cut) (car can’t leave the track with all 4 wheels and because of that to win some time).
Harsh track distance cutting using hills,forest,and so on…
d\ If replays archive is named incorectly or not full, driver gers 20s penalty
e\ In comentars cant be words like Fuck, and etc. Of every that word driver get 5s penalty.
f\ If leg top3 driver not started other leg in first day, he get 30s penalty.

6). RRK Comision (Rally creating comision - is this championship organizers)

a\ RRK members organize the champ check how it’s going and how drivers sustain the rules. They create the rules.
b\ Count and declare the results,check the replays.
c\ Commision must have constantly structure. Atleast 3 drivers from different teams.The commission must be declared publicly.
d\ Decision will be publicated after collective consideration and inside vote. Atleast 3 members must take the decision. Declaring the decision we will inform who has admitted this decision.
e\ Arguable questions between RRK members adjudicate to drivers behalf.
f\ RRK desicion is last[/b]
